President at the Development Committee under the Legislature-Parliament, Rabindra Adhikari, while tabling monitoring and evaluation report in today's parliament meeting, has pointed out that the developmental projects were affected as stakeholders were concerned only to foundation stone laying functions. The monitoring and evaluation report was submitted in the parliament for the first time though the parliamentary committee annually prepares such reports, it is stated. The report has included whether parliamentary directions were implemented or not in developmental projects. President Adhikari added that the developmental projects were not expedited as Ministerial level decisions were not implemented. Meanwhile, speaker Onsari Gharti has read out the letter received from the Office of the Prime Minister and Council Of Ministers regarding the Cabinet expansion with the induction of two ministers on Thursday.
