President-elect Trump's flash wheels will typically be used for trips of a maximum half an hour and will follow him around the world on Air Force One. Journeys longer than half an hour will be taken by air in the Presidential chopper, Marine One, according to The Sun.The debut of the state of the art vehicle comes as security in Washington, D.C. ramps up in preparation for the 58th presidential inauguration this Friday. Inaugurations are always difficult to police, but law enforcement officials this year are facing a record number of protest groups, as well as a web of potential threats and close to one million people hitting the streets in the nation's capital. "We're facing a more complex threat environment," Paul Abbate, executive assistant director "Just in terms of the types of attacks that have occurred ... things we've seen happen here in the United States and around the world."
