Coordinator of Naya Shakti Nepal (NSN) has been taken under control by the security personnel as the group of NSN cadres led by him tried to enter the prohibited area near the Election Commission (EC) located at Kantipath, Kathmandu on Sunday morning.Around 100 NSN leaders have also been taken under control along with Bhattarai by the security personnel, NSN central leader RK Dhungana informed Republica Online.NSN has been staging sit-ins at the Election Commission and all election offices across the country from the morning on Sunday to protest the provision of newly enacted local Level election Act, 2017 that does allow those political parties that do not have representation in the legislature Parliament to contest the upcoming local polls under an election symbol.
