Rawal has become an accomplice to the leaders accused

CPN (UML) senior leader and former Prime Minister Jhal Nath Khanal has said that three-tier of elections were essential to implement the constitution. Speaking in a programme organized by the CPN (UML) Ilam-Kathmandu Liaison Committee on the occasion of 38th Memorial Day of martyr Ratna Kumar Bantawa today, leader Khanal added that the political transition will be prolonged if elections were not held in time. He shared that the UML was ready to face the election in any time. Leader Khanal said that his party was remembering the contribution of martyr Bantawa and is planning to run vocational education institution in his name. Bantawa was killed while protesting the then Panchyat regime. On the occasion, party central leader Ram Kumari Jhakri and Devraj Ghimire had also addressed the progarmme.
