What was unexpected, it seemed such a view


Kathmandu, April 17: President Bidya Devi Bhandari left for New Delhi, India, today for a 5-day official visit.
Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, speaker Onsari Gharti, Deputy Prime Ministers and chiefs of constitutional bodies were present at the Tribhuvan International Airport to see her off for India.

On the occasion, a contingent of Nepal Army had presented a guard of honour to her.The accompanying delegation includes 34 members including Foreign Affairs Minister Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat, lawmakers, foreign affairs experts among others.
She is scheduled to return home Friday. It may be noted that a public holiday has been declared for April 17, today on the occasion of the scheduled State Visit of President Bhandari to India.
