Popular Nepali actress Rekha Thapa has joined the Kamal Thapa-led Rastriya Prajatantra Party.The actress officially received her membership of the party at a programme in Kathmandu on Monday afternoon. Thapa, who had earlier been spotted at Maoist-organised programmes, said the RPP is her first party, and it shall also be the last one she will ever join.RPP chief Kamal Thapa welcomed the actress to the party by presenting her a certificate and a garland. Rekha's mother Saraswati also announced her allegiance to the party. "RPP is the best party for me as I am a Hindu woman. I would like to die under the flags of Nepal and the RPP, "she said.
