Many individuals make a family and many families make a community. Every individual requires being healthy for the development for healthy community. According to eight five year plan, the ministry for health has established health centers or hospitals in VDC, municipality and district head quarters. there sub-health posts in villages, health post and health care center in municipality and health care center in district head quarters. Every individual of the community should be able to take maximum benefit to remain healthy. many people in the rural communities have not been able to utilize the health facilities provided by these health centers. It is because of illiteracy ignorance, superstition and conservative thinking. All the people require utilizing the facilities available in and around the community for their better health.
